How are you able to offer free delivery and keep your prices low?

Because we only stock popular items, we sell a lot of them. This means that we ship a lot, so we have a great relationship with our shipping partners. This allows us to qualify for volume discounts on our shipping, and we are able to pass those savings on to our customers.

I dont want to use a credit card. Can I pay by direct debit or PayId?

Sure! We need to send you an email invoice as our online payment processor doesn't handle direct debits in real time. Please contact us and we'll work it out.

I don't want to wait. Can you offer faster shipping?

Our standard free shipping is 5-7 working days, although we are often able to deliver faster depending on the time of year. However, some of our items are available with express delivery. usually 1-2 days. These items are listed here. Note that there may be an additional cost for this service.

Do you offer Click and Collect?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer click and collect. Since we offer fast, free delivery on all of our items, there is no need to fight the traffic and get to one of our warehouses. Just place your order then sit back and relax while our team packs your items and ships them to your door.
