Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days.

Shipping rates and delivery estimate

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Almost all items at Blue Unicorn have free Standard Shipping. Some items also have Express Shipping available as an option. There may be an additional charge for this service.

Currently we only ship to addresses in Australia.

Please note that not all items may be able to be shipped to a PO Box, due to the different couriers we use. Please contact us to confirm if you would like your order shipped to a PO Box.

Please note that due to some courier restrictions, not all items can be shipped to all places in Australia, and some items may have an additional charge for shipping to remote areas. Where an item has such a restriction, it will be noted in the individual item’s description.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Blue Unicorn is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This should be impossible since we do not ship internationally.

Damages

Blue Unicorn is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
